An I.Q.F. Unit, fitted out in an insulated cabinet of PUF panels, with the wall and ceiling panels laminated on the outside with pre-coated G.I. sheets and the inside in S.S. 304 sheets with the floor panel facing on the inside with marine plywood.

All fabricated items in M.S. rectangular & square pipe sections, spray galvanized such as support frame for I.Q.F. belt (imported) drive system, triple reduction gear motor unit, with electronic variable speed control unit, fitted out in a control panel.

Air fluidization achieved by providing variable pitch axial flow fans with S.S. blades in a S.S. cylindrical casing each direct coupled to motors.

The air circulation system provided with air guide panels and air by-pass adjustable hatches to provide optimal air-flow through the belt for all operating conditions, totally fabricated from S.S. 304 sheets, angles and channels.
